Virtual Dual Immersion
Our purpose
To promote educational innovation and the development of communicative and intercultural competencies in our students, in collaboration with AJCU member universities in the United States and Canada.

- Develop communicative competencies through inclusive telecollaboration.
- Integrate Ignatian pedagogy into meaningful language learning.
- Strengthen intercultural competence from a global citizenship perspective.


Telecollaboration Models
Class by Class
Scheduled sessions where students from different countries interact in two languages.
Lab-Class
It combines regular classes with out-of-schedule sessions, allowing for flexible and voluntary exchanges.
Autonomous
Students plan their own exchange outside of class hours, coordinating both logistics and topics.
Webinars
Thematic videoconferences with guest professors, focused on cultural aspects and followed by group discussions.
AUSJAL-COIL Telecollaboration
This program, promoted by the Virtual Dual Immersion Network in collaboration with the CARI Network, aims to train faculty from our universities to foster collaborative projects with local impact.
