Profesor Asociado de la Facultad de Estudios Ambientales y Rurales de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogot\u00e1-Colombia.\u202fCuenta con un M\u00e1ster en Ciencia Pol\u00edtica de la Universidad de Campinas, Brasil y es Doctor en Estudios Latinoamericanos de la UNAM, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.\u202f<\/p>
