The General Assembly
It is the highest authority of the Association and is composed of the rectors of the member universities or their designated representatives.
Directive Board
It is the body responsible for implementing the policies approved by the General Assembly.

Executive Secretary

Responsible for the administrative and financial management of the Association. The Executive Secretary is appointed by the President in agreement with the Vice Presidents.
